Assessment Services

Assessment services: Psychosexual and Psychosocial assessments are provided to children and youth ages 6-17 years.

  • Psychosexual Assessment: Evaluation of the individuals current level of functioning, related risk, recommended interventions, recommended level of care, amenability to interventions, specific treatment targets, factors which may impact treatment engagement, and strengths and protective factors related to individual, familial, and community supports.
  • Psychosocial Assessment: Evaluation of an individual’s needs based on a comprehensive review of the clients full history and current functioning. Areas of review include, individual behavioral health needs, social support needs, familial or placement strengths and /or support needs, case management needs, clinical diagnosis and prognosis, and identification of further evaluative procedures.
