EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a research based integrative psychotherapy approach which is recognized as a highly effective treatment of trauma. While EMDR is a widely recognized treatment in regard to trauma, it is also found to be effective in treating many other areas of behavioral health. These areas include; anxiety disorders and panic attacks, complex grief, dissociative disorders, distressful memories, phobias, pain disorders, performance anxiety, stress related conditions, addictions, sexual and/or physical abuse, body dysmorphic disorders, and personality Disorders.
